Kanye West, or as he now goes by, “Ye,” has done some truly egregious things in his time in the spotlight. In fact, he is so unhinged that it’s hard to keep up. Here are the top 5 craziest things he did in 2025.

His Tweets
Despite having been banned from Twitter, now “X,” multiple times, Kanye always finds his way back with even more to say. His attention-demanding tweets never lack shock value.
This year’s lineup included antisemitism, sexism, racism, transphobia, personal attacks, and more.
On May 12th, he tweeted, “Ye’s Nazi party is non-violent,” suggesting his intention to organize his own Nazi party and stating that it would be non-violent. How comforting.
Along the lines of incredibly offensive tweets, Ye said “I say faggot everyday for the same reason that trans fuck themselves everyday.” Going through the tweet archives was a hard read.
Yeezy Products
At the Yeezy Season 9 fashion show during Paris Fashion Week, Kanye wore a “White Lives Matter” shirt. This was in 2022. However, in 2025, he debuted a new controversial line of T-shirts with swastikas on them.
Ye used a Super Bowl ad to direct people to his website, where this T-shirt was on display. The swastika is well known as the most significant hate symbol in history, so clapback was immediate. The website was down the next day.
Supporting Diddy
Ye showed up at the court hearing for Sean “Diddy” Combs in June to show solidarity. He stayed for about 10 minutes before leaving. Diddy is facing trial for sex-trafficking charges in a major case involving multiple celebrities and several well-known “Diddy Parties.” Supporting him isn’t a good look. Clearly, Kanye doesn’t care about appearances.
Diddy was found guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking, and two prostitution related offenses. He is expected to serve three years and pay a $500,000 fine.

Grammys “Appearance”
Ye showed up the 2025 Grammy awards with his wife Bianca Censori. They made a red carpet appearance and got photographed. Viewers were shocked to see him, despite his nomination. Strangely enough, the couple left after the red carpet.
Grammy insiders report that there was not a seat for Ye inside of the awards show. They weren’t invited. Assumedly, they were allowed to walk the carpet since they weren’t causing any trouble.
Controlling
Bianca Censori, Kanye’s wife, often chooses very revealing outfits and is sometimes seen as just an “accessory” to him.
Now there are reports that he has strict rules for her. No sunbathing, no tattoos, no piercings, and minimal clothing. He also controls her diet and behavior during public appearances.
The most controversial rule? She has been instructed to “never speak” in public. Although she says she doesn’t mind these rules, there’s an implication that she simply goes along with them. To her, following his guidelines feels natural and supportive.
